Delivery

We recognise the importance of timely delivery, and for repeat orders our "Just in Time" scheme helps us to meet the tightest delivery dates. Through economic batching this scheme allows us to cope with requests for parts "yesterday".

We appreciate the cost involved in machine downtime, and we have the facilities to manufacture replacement machine parts on priority lead times: and in some cases, just a matter of hours.

Quality Assurance

Quality control begins when you place your order. A computer-linked audit trail is carried out for each product, enabling its progress to be monitored and checked throughout the production cycle.

Our inspection procedures are in line with those required by national and international standards, and we are also experienced in working to the standards set by specialised industries.
