Company BackroundC. Rayment (Precision Engineering) became a Limited company in 1964. Twenty years later the company moved to it’s present premises at Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury, Suffolk, England. This location, with its good communications and easy access to the container ports of Harwich and Felixstowe, enables us to service customers throughout East Anglia and beyond.The ability to manufacture comes from having a highly skilled work force and a good relationship with our employees, which enables us to maintain promised delivery dates. These skilled men enjoy a challenge of achievement on new and varied products, and pride themselves on repeat orders. From design, to ordering material, to manufacture, to inspection, we are an excellent team. Complete ServiceOur service is geared to match the requirements of individual customers to their optimum final design. Whether machining a single part or designing, engineering and assembling the complete product, we have the expertise to meet the toughest specification and most demanding challenges. All stages of production are supervised, including purchase of materials, heat treatment and finishing. We have the capacity and experience to undertake large projects - in terms of both scale and volume - but pride ourselves on our personal service and the care taken in all jobs, large or small. |
